House Rules

Re:Fuel is all about good vibes, great cars, and even better company. To keep things safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all visitors to follow these simple house rules:

◼️ No Wheelspins or Drifting

This isn’t a racetrack — it’s a place to relax and appreciate vehicles of all kinds. Wheelspins, burnouts, and drifting are not allowed anywhere on site. Not only are they unsafe, but they also disrupt the chilled atmosphere we’ve worked hard to create.

◼️ No Excessive Revving

We get it — your engine sounds incredible. But constant or excessive revving isn’t cool here. It can disturb other guests, upset animals, and attract the wrong kind of attention. Save it for the drive in and out!

◼️ No Loud Music

We all love a good tune, but please keep the volume down. Our events are about conversation, connection, and community — not competing sound systems. Let’s respect each other’s space and keep the noise levels low.

◼️ Look After Your Stuff

Re:Fuel is not responsible for your vehicle or belongings while you’re attending. Please park considerately and participate at your own risk. We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and respectful of others’ property.

◼️ Dogs are Welcome! 🐶

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly venue. All we ask is that your furry friends are kept on a short lead at all times and that you clean up after them. Let’s make sure everyone — two- and four-legged — has a great time.

💬 Respect the Space, Respect Each Other

Re:Fuel was created as a chillout zone for car enthusiasts across the South West — a place to unwind, meet like-minded people, and enjoy the culture we love. We welcome all makes, models, and styles of vehicle, and all kinds of people too.

Anyone who chooses not to respect the space or fellow guests may be asked not to return.

Let’s keep Re:Fuel the welcoming, relaxed, and respectful community we all enjoy.
