As a Voluntary Event Videographer, you’ll play a key role in capturing high-quality video content during Re:Fuel events. Your footage will help tell our story, promote future events, and engage our growing community across social media and digital platforms.

• Film event footage including venue shots, crowd interactions, vehicle showcases, and interviews.
• Capture key moments and the overall vibe of each event.
• Edit short videos and highlight reels for social media and marketing use (optional if you prefer to just film).
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to understand the visual goals of each event.
• Ensure video equipment is used safely and respectfully within the event environment.

As a Voluntary Event Marshal, you’ll be the friendly face helping to manage vehicle movement, direct attendees, and keep our events safe and organised. You’ll work closely with the Re:Fuel events team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

• Welcome and guide attendees as they arrive at the venue.
• Be a visible presence to help maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Direct traffic and parking in designated areas with safety in mind.
• Monitor your assigned zone and report any issues to event staff.
• Engage with visitors in a positive and approachable manner.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated chef to become an important part of our kitchen team at The Steamer. This is a part-time role with flexible hours designed to fit around your lifestyle, as well as the needs of the business.

As a Senior Chef, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating memorable food experiences for our guests and community. You’ll take the lead in kitchen service, bring creativity to our menus, and support the development of new offerings across the business. Responsibilities and Opportunities include:

• Leading and supporting main kitchen service
• Taking charge of BBQs and outdoor cooking events
• Helping shape and deliver our takeaway menu for the Canopy Café
• Working closely with the team to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
• Bringing ideas, passion, and energy to a growing, community-focused business

We’re seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for great food. You’ll ideally have experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with the creativity and flexibility to adapt to different styles of service. We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Shift Leader to help supervise our front-of-house operations on a temporary basis — ensuring smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the cafe to a high standard
• Deliver outstanding customer service and inspire the team
• Prepare and serve quality coffee (training provided)
• Manage bookings, stock, and supplier orders
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries
• Support with admin, events, and daily operations

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or food service
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
